Oreo Cheesecake with Finnegan

Ingredients

• 1 pack of oreos

• 1/2 cup of vegan butter

• 3/4 cup of vegan creamer

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

• 16 ozs of vegan cream cheese

• 100% cocoa for powdering

Directions

1. Separate the oreos into two bowls, one for the cookies, and one for the cream centers.

2. Smash the cookies with your hands first and than put them into a pan and use a rolling pin to smash them into powder( if this is confusing check the video).

3. Mix the powdered cookies with butter and press into a cake pan

4. Put the crust in a fridge

5. Put vegan creamer, sugar, & cream cheese in a pot over stove

6. When warm take off and mix in a bowl

7. Take crust out and put in filling

8. Put crust back in for 2 hours or more

9. Enjoy
